ALLERGENS & INTOLERANCES
If you have a food allergy, intolerance or sensitivity, please let a member of the 288 team know every time that you place an order with us.
All of our dishes are freshly cooked to order, so allergens can be omitted in the majority (but not all) of our dishes, so please always let us know when you are ordering with us.
Gluten can be easily avoided in many of our popular dishes by choosing steamed rice or vermicelli noodles and asking for no soya sauce.
It is also worth noting that we use potato starch instead of cornflour in our batter and (where necessary) to thicken our sauces.

TO OUR VEGAN FRIENDS
Our vegan dishes are free from animal-derived ingredients and are plant based but animal products are used in our kitchen.
However, they are kept separate from the plant-based ingredients and the common utensils are thoroughly washed between dishes. We only have a small kitchen and thus we do not have a separate vegan/vegetarian cooking section.
Our kitchen processes are developed to reduce the risk of cross-contamination to a minimum but we cannot guarantee absolute zero risk.
